PRODUCT SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our main goal is to satisfy our customers. That why we are shipping our products within 1-2 business days. We use UPS as shipping company. After placing your order you can always check its status using your Store account. We also send email notifications to you as soon as your order was shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

If for any reasons you are not completely satisfied by our products, you can return them or exchange to different product within 14 days from receiving your order. We charge restocking fee of 15% for all returned items.
Please contact us to receive RMA # before sending your order to us.

If for any reasons we sent you a wrong product, we’ll exchange it to the correct one without any fees. Also we’ll refund your shipping fee.
